Paul Tarjan

Founder and President

Graduated from University of Toronto, B.Arch, 1966
Established “Paul Tarjan Architect” in 1969

Memberships:
Alberta Association of Architects (Lifetime Member)
B.C. Association of Architects
Saskatchewan Association of Architects
Manitoba Association of Architects

Project Experience: Over 45 years as an architect involved in the design and implementation of a large variety of projects for private, public, commercial, residential and industrial clients.


Tommy Nham

Tommy Nham

Senior Associate

Tommy Nham is the Senior Associate at The Tarjan Group since February 2002. He graduated from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2000.
He has provided leadership on numerous project types such as commercial, retail, industrial and muti-family residential. Tommy has led many significant projects including muti-family residential, Retail Convenience Stores, Canada Safeway, Industrial Warehouses and Automotive dealerships.
He is continuing to lead the team through different stages and completion of projects.


Mohammad Katanbaf

Mohammad Katanbaf

Associate

Mohammad Katanbaf is a registered Architect with the Association of Alberta Architects (AAA) and is an Associate at The Tarjan Group since October 2013.
Mohammad received his Bachelor of Architecture with Honors from the American University of Sharjah in the UAE – the first program outside North America to be granted accreditation by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) of the United States.
In 2010, Mohammad received his Master of Science degree in Sustainable Design of the Built Environment from the British University in Dubai, in association with Cardiff University, UK, where he specialized on energy assessment of modern façades.
As a registered Architect, he has extensive knowledge of the profession in line with Canadian practices. He has worked on numerous projects from their early design stages until their final completion and hand-over.
